Healthy Man Daily is a daily newsletter of men's-health news, research summaries, and evidence explainers, written and edited by an MD.

Our content is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice.

Reading Healthy Man Daily, replying to an issue, or posting does not create a doctor-patient relationship. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you post or send. You grant The Healthy Man LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, edit for length, and publish that content in connection with Healthy Man Daily. Reader questions are published only with your permission.

Do not post personal medical details, other people's private information, spam, or unlawful content. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

Our editorial content — text, graphics, and research summaries — is the property of The Healthy Man LLC and protected by copyright. You may read it for personal, non-commercial use and share individual issues with attribution. You may not republish for commercial purposes or claim it as your own.

Subscription and cancellation

Unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. Unsubscribing stops newsletter delivery; your address may remain on a suppression list so we can honour your opt-out.

Subscriptions & refunds

Pro is not currently available to purchase; joining its waitlist does not purchase a subscription. When monthly Pro subscriptions are available, the price shown at checkout renews every month until you cancel. Cancel in Account → Billing; you keep access to the end of the paid month. No refunds for partial months, except where required by law.

A price locked while you stay subscribed ends if your subscription lapses. Physical products are priced separately. We will email paid subscribers at least 30 days before a price change takes effect.

Referral programme rules

Three confirmed, unique friends earn the Testosterone Optimization Guide, once per referring subscriber. Self-referrals, fake or disposable addresses, and fraudulent signups do not qualify; we may withhold rewards obtained through them. We may change or end the programme with notice.

Copyright complaints

Send copyright or DMCA notices identifying the work and the allegedly infringing material, with your contact details, to hello@healthymandaily.com or The Healthy Man LLC, 502 W 7th St, Ste 100, Erie, PA 16502.

Governing law

Pennsylvania law governs these terms, with venue in Erie County, except where your local consumer law provides otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Healthy Man LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the newsletter or reliance on its information.

Changes to terms

We will email account holders notice of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
