A health desk for men who read the studies
Healthy Man Daily is a daily men's-health briefing, written and edited by a physician. The register is a news desk, not a wellness blog: we read the trials, report what they actually found, and cite every one. We'd rather tell you the evidence is mixed than sell you certainty.
How every issue is made
- 1
Research
We read the week's trials, meta-analyses and guideline updates — the primary sources, not the press releases.
- 2
A human writes it
Zach, an MD, drafts and edits every issue. No model writes the newsletter; we use tools to check, not to author.
- 3
Cited
Every number and claim gets a link to the study behind it. If a claim can't be sourced, it doesn't ship.

The story so far
A doctor gets tired of explaining the same studies one patient at a time, and starts writing them down.
Healthy Man Daily ships its first issues — Mon–Sat, every claim cited.
Thousands of men read it with their coffee. Deep dives, a forum and a print edition are next.
What we stand for
Sponsors never shape the science
We run sponsors and recommend products — but only ones we've actually used or vetted, every affiliate link is disclosed, and a sponsor never changes what the evidence says.
Numbers do the talking
Effect sizes and deltas, not adjectives. We tell you when the evidence is thin.
Plain English
“Lift,” not “resistance-training modality.” The science is hard enough without the jargon.
We say when we're wrong
When better data lands, we update — out loud, in the next issue.
